Where should I fly in?
You can fly into Midway International Airport (MDW), which is 12 miles from the Hilton Chicago, or into Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) which is 18 miles from the Hilton Chicago.
From MDW, you can take the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Orange Line to downtown Chicago in approximately 30 minutes. From ORD, you can take the CTA Blue Line to downtown Chicago in approximately 60 minutes.
Taxi or ride-share from MDW to the hotel is typically about $40-$50. From ORD the ride-share cost is typically about $50-70.
When should I arrive?
Conference events start at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8th, and offer many opportunities for networking. The opening reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday, July 8th. (Times are subject to change, but not expected to.)
